 | August 17th, 2014 was a turninng point in my life. It was a glorious day when I made one of the most important decisions to propose to someone who I want to spend the rest of my life with. I was very much lost on what way to impose my intention, but something in me said, "make it simple and sincere." So I decided to ask Carol out for drinks at a quaint, quiet place, in which we ended up at Starbucks for coffee. LOL!...Long story short, I said, "Carol, you are an adorable, amazing, loving and caring person, hence I would like to spend the rest of my life with you...will you marry me?" She was shocked with my unceremonious and surprising proposal that she didn't answer right away (she was admiring the ring with glee), until I said, "Babe, you didn't answer me. Is that a yes? LOL! She eventually said joyfully, YES!!!!! |
