Our love story began before we even realized it when we met in Dominican Republic in 2009 while vacationing there. Although we went our separate ways back to our lives.....Ty back to Portland Oregon and Christie back to Virginia Beach Virginia. Somehow we came back together and reconnected two years later. After much searching Ty came across my number and called me before a trip to Virginia Beach for business. While he visited Virginia Beach we got to see each other again for the first time in years. Instantly we connected and we knew that this was something so special. We thought this must be fate. As we continued to talk on the phone daily for hours and hours and flew cross country to see each other we knew our lives had to merge together somehow. Ty took the journey across the country and relocated to Virginia Beach. We've opened a Hawaiian Cafe together and have established a beautiful life together in Virginia Beach. We are looking forward to our wedding and honeymoon in Jamaica.

We will be eloping to Jamaica on November 26, 2012. We are counting down the days until we wed.
